Tenby Lifeboat Station

Kingswood Engineering was nominated by Dean and Dyball to carry out the fabrication, galvanising and painting of Tenby RNLI Boat House. This also included an access bridge and all internal and external walkways.

The structural steel was delivered to Penally and shipped round to the boat house using amphibious vehicles, then lifted and positioned by tower crane on a jacked up barge.

This contract proved to be very testing for all involved from detailing, fabricating and in particular erecting.

Through the success of this contract we have worked with Dean and Dyball and the RNLI on other lifeboat stations in Wales.
