Murco Refinery Berthing Platform

Kingswood Engineering first contracted work from Fugro Seacore during their involvement with the extension to the Irish ferry terminal in Pembroke Dock and have continued to work with/alongside Fugro Seacore on numerous projects, the new Berthing Dolphin at Murco Refinery, Milford Haven being one of these projects.

Due to size of pile, all internal fabrication works had to be carried out at Swansea Docks then floated round to Milford Haven for installation.

The mooring platform and all miscellaneous fabrications were manufactured at our workshop in Pembroke Dock and shipped to site on completion.

This project was completed within a very tight programme and stringent Quality Assurance procedures, both of which were successfully monitored and controlled by our relevant departments.
